The Shift Leader has the responsibility to oversee all functions of the organization. They are responsible for ensuring that the organization is operating at maximum performance levels, while also maintaining high customer satisfaction levels. The perfect candidate will possess leadership skills and be capable of managing a team of employees in a fast-paced environment. They should have prior experience working in a restaurant or retail environment.

Duties:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of the staff
- Ensure smooth operations and adherence to company policies and procedures
- Provide excellent customer service to guests
- Assist with food production, including preparation and presentation
- Train and mentor new team members
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area

Requirements:
- Previous experience as an assistant manager or shift leader in a similar industry (hotel, food service, etc.)
- Strong knowledge of food production and service standards
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and a focus on quality service
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays

Compensation: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
