Our Cashiers are the face of Southern Classic Chicken. Cashiers need to be outgoing and friendly to ensure the best possible experience for each and every guest. Cashiers must communicate well with others and handle themselves professionally in high stress situations.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet all guests with a sincere smile and enthusiasm.
  • Demonstrate company service expectations when serving guests.
  • Accurately process cash and credit card transactions.
  • Collect money, accurately count change and deliver the order.
  • Thank the guest and invite them to return.
  • Accurately take orders, including up-selling and suggestive selling menu items.
  • Smile, be friendly and polite.
  • Listen and follows directions.
  • Respond positively to feedback.
  • Be honest and courteous when communicating with guests, team members and managers.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by managers.
Minimum Qualifications:

  • Must be 18 years old
  • Must love CHICKEN
  • Hard working, outgoing, positive and friendly attitude
  • Basic math skills
Compensation: $12.00 per hour
